Spencer Frantz, Partner

Spencer has an operating and investing track record of scaling technology and services companies. He previously served as CEO of MyShopManager, a PE-backed automotive SaaS platform that he helped grow to more than $15M in annual revenues before its merger with BoltOn Technologies, then joined Veho, where he led the sales organization during a period of rapid national expansion. Spencer also worked as a Growth Equity Investor at 3L Capital, was an early employee at Uber, where he held a variety of strategy and operations roles, and started his career in the Commercial Leadership Program at General Electric.

Spencer holds a BS in Business Administration and Politics from Washington & Lee University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Spencer lives in Charlottesville, Virginia, with his wife, Claire, and daughter, Lillian. Spencer is a lifelong fan of the Green Bay Packers and is an instrument rated commercial pilot.
